These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BlockVire platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer, scrape, upload malware, infringe intellectual property, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Marketplace & purchases

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Vendors are responsible for the products they list; BlockVire reviews listings but does not guarantee them. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Vendor & instructor terms

Vendors and instructors grant BlockVire the right to host, display and distribute their content, and warrant they own or are licensed to provide it. Revenue and payout terms are provided separately.

Learning & certificates

Course access is provided for your personal use. Certificates verify completion and may be revoked in case of fraud.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design and original content are owned by BlockVire and protected by law. You retain rights to content you submit, granting us a licence to operate the service.

Payments & taxes

You authorise us (and our payment partners) to charge your chosen payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockVire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlockVire operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
