Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and courses purchased on BlockVire.

Digital products

Because digital goods are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, all sales are generally final. If a product is materially not as described or faulty, contact us within 14 days for review.

Courses

You may request a refund for a course within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course content.

How to request

Email hello@blockvire.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Coupons & promotions

Discounted or promotional purchases may be excluded from refunds where stated at the time of sale.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
