Challenge: A digital-art studio needed a marketplace where creators could mint and sell without paying gas up front, while guaranteeing on-chain royalties on every resale.

What we built: Lazy-minting so NFTs are only written on-chain at the moment of sale, EIP-2981 royalty enforcement, and a wallet-first checkout supporting Ethereum and Polygon. An off-chain indexer powers instant search and collection pages, and an admin console handles moderation and payouts.

Impact: Minting friction dropped to zero, secondary-sale royalties reached 100% enforcement, and page loads stayed under 1s thanks to the indexer. The studio onboarded 400+ creators in the first quarter.
